Club Refund Policy
A refund request for the season registration, in letter form, addressed to the Treasurer of Telluride Lizard Head Hockey Club and the Board of Directors, is required for all refunds. All refunds are at the discretion of the Board of Directors and will be less a $50 non-refundable processing fee. Upon receipt of the letter request and approval by the Board of Directors, the Treasurer will distribute the refund to the provided participant and address.
A. After September 30, pro-rated refund of 75% of registration fee and less $50 non-refundable processing fee will apply.
B. After November 31st, pro-rated refund of 50% of registration fee and less $50 non-refundable processing fee will apply.
C. No refund after December 31st.
