USA Hockey Number

Please complete the form below with your child’s USA Hockey Number for 2026-2027. A new USA Hockey number is provided each year with registration.

If you need to register with USA Hockey please visit membership.usahockey.com. The USA Hockey number is 14 characters total (9 numbers and 5 letters).

This field will only let you enter a 14 digit code with 9 numbers + 5 letters. The 4th digit should be a 7 for the 2026-2027 season. If it has a 6, it's last seasons number.
